Because TextToTest incurs immediate costs from AI processing providers the moment you initiate document processing or create questions, any credits already used are strictly non-refundable.
If you purchased a credit package or subscription by mistake, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that NO CREDITS have been used from that package.
Refunds are not provided based on the quality of AI-generated questions or 'incorrect' answers. We provide free trial credits so you can evaluate the service quality before purchasing.
